Ben's Pinball Collection

Pinhenge.  Where in the world did he get that name you're wondering?  My good buddy Mark came up with the moniker while visiting at my house a couple years back.  The commentary at the time was that my garage looked like Stonehenge except that it was made up of pinball machines instead of stones.  As you can see in the picture above (a much less cluttered view compared to how it looks today), it does sort of resemble the historic and curious landmark.  I liked the name so decided to use it for my website.

So what's going on at Pinhenge?  We moved from Phoenix to Cave Creek in mid-2007 and have been very busy ever since trying to get unpacked and organized.  Things are finally getting to that stage and I'm now in the process of coverting part of the garage into a gameroom.  I'm really looking forward to it after many years of being able to have only 4 or 5 game setup at one time, limited space to work on them, and having to banish the rest of them storage.

Below are links to games currently in the collection as well as those that have been part of Pinhenge at one time or another.  Each link has a little bit of information about the game, some of it interesting, some of it not so interesting, but there's usually lots of detailed pictures.  Some pages show in great detail restorations I've done (Creature From the Black Lagoon, Evel Knievel, Fathom; soon to be more) so hopefully you'll find something of interest.  I know my website is plain and not flashy but I like it that way, it's a lot easier to maintain and I'd rather let the content speak for itself.

If you want to chat pinball, the weather, heavy metal music, or simply want to add me to your spam list, you can contact me at  pinballben @ yahoo.com.  I always enjoy talking pinball with other collectors and enthusiasts.  If you live in Phoenix and have games or parts for sale/trade feel free to email me as well, I'm always looking to add more to the collection.
