After a long search I have found a very nice Centaur in a "regular" cabinet, purchased on 2/11/03. The playfield has "day 1" mylar and in excellent condition. As with many of my games, it is not yet setup, and unshopped, so just a few pictures taken after unloading.
Update 4/15/04: I've located a cabinet in even better condition than the one pictured and have already swapped it out. Updated pictures will be added at some point but it will be awhile before I get around to shopping it out.
